What I am about to say may not have a lot to do with entrepreneurship…or maybe it does.
Do you suffer from the same condition as I? Just getting your brain to slow down can be draining, taxing or exhausting. You have so many ideas and things that “have” to get done and you wonder where the time in the day went when it’s only 2-o’clock.
I can’t tell you how many times I have told myself that I need to get into meditation. Maybe just start with 1 minute a day and then work my way up from there. I go to the gym at least 5 days a week; which if I didn’t I would be wound so tight my strings would snap…literally. I think that I have the physical thing down pretty well but what about the mental or emotional? How balanced can you be if only one area is getting most or all the attention? The questions that I have asked are just some questions that I ask myself.
Today I found some relief.
I have some friends in Alpine UT., Julie Branham and Linda Black, who own Lifted Life Yoga. If you have not checked them out, do yourself a favor and do it. They recently came out with a short picture video, put it to music, which calms my soul.
